I've made my own paper which is a lot of fun. You can look up directions on line, I'm sure. You can either tear up scraps of paper you already have or you can use cotton linter sheets with an additive. You just tear your material into small pieces, soak it in warm water and blend it in your blender. When it reaches a smooth consistency, you pour it over a piece of screen, flip it over onto a towel or other absorbent material, and pat it with another piece to soak up more water. I have added dried flowers, leaves, herbs, glitter, small pieces of contrasting paper, etc. to my paper but never dryer lint. It should work though. You can find clear directions here
