Default Looking For

I am trying to find the pattern and instructions for a little card that is tri-fold and uses the small open end envelopes for little files. You put the envelopes together in the middle to form a little file. There are about 4 files. I know this not very precise but I hope someone can help me. Thank you so much. Linda

Question

I'm trying to picture this, Linda. When the envelopes are put together...are they sort of stapled together on the closed end? Or are they more like an 'accordian'?

Default Maybe this will help?

I have done something like this in a purse shape. You could adapt it to your project.
