Mine does that sometimes too.Try minimizing and then restoring it back again. For some reason it works. Not always but usually. HTH!

Hi, Hawaii stamper. At the bottom of the very first post in this thread is Jan's link to download the template. Click on it and there you are, unless you don't have Adobe Reader on your 'puter. If not, read the above replies and you'll see how to get it. EZ. Kathy

I just tried to do the post It holder, and if it's the same one, the overall measurement sould be 6 5/8 inches instead of 6 3/8. Hope this saves everyone the headache of trying to figure out what they did wrong! LOL
