I have just made 28 of these for a friends 40th birthdays party favours. I used a sheet of A4 vellum in her party colours pink and white and cut it into
4. These were big enough to put 2 foil covered chocolate hearts in. I found my usual double sided tape didn't hold the seams closed so I cut up thin strips of jac paper and there held beautifully. They look very pretty.

What's jac paper?

Jac paper is a layer of very strong sticky between 2 sheets of paper. It is sold in A4 sheet size. You cut or punch out your desired shape peel off one side of paper and stick it to what ever you are working on then peel off the top piece of paper and stick it to the other side. If you aren't using it as "sticky tape " you can punch a shape eg. star and stick to your card base then sprinkle fine glitter on the top . This is what we call it here I am sure you have it but probably call it something else ?
