Question iris twist pattern?

i am fairly new to certain techniques, and creatively challenged in some ways. any how, i tried to do the iris twist pattern i think it is, and it came out ok i guess. i also saw one that was done in a circle pattern. does any one know how to do that or have a template for it? i have attempted to make it on my own with no luck.

I've never heard it called Iris Twist, but I've been doing iris folding for a couple years - For some reason, this would not allow me to post the website for patterns & instructions - so "Google" iris folding & click on the link that says Circle of Crafters - they also have instructions & patterns for tea bag folding. Good luck.
