Question How to do distressed edges

I see this effect a lot and I would love to do it. What is the best way to do it?

Try rubbing your cardstock (edges of course) back & forth against the scissor blades.

Default distressing tool

There is actually a tool that Stampin' Up sells. I have never used it, and have always wanted to try it, before buying. But I have read through the forums that quite a few people love it. It actually looks like it is on a key chain, but I don't have my catalogue handy, so couldn't tell you the exact name of it. Hope that helps.

The cutter kit has a distressing tool, blade, scoring tool and piercing tool that makes a tear-away kind of cut (like a coupon book). The distressing tool works very well! It's like a round blade, covered with a protective sleeve that is notched all the way around to expose the blade but not be a danger to fingers I also like to use the blade of my scissors, a metal ruler etc. I guess it depends how distressed you want it to be... lol

i think it is a perforating tool, so you can make coupon books etc.
