Default Hidden Message Slider

I saw a Hidden Message Slider on Jan Tink's crazy website and would love to try it. But I unless I am totally blind I cannot find the directions anywhere on there. Does anyone have the scoop?

The Hidden Message Slider technique was an online bonus in 02/05 for the Technique Junkies Newsletter. (paid subscription technique newsletter at www.patstamps.com)
