HELP! Accordian Envelope Book

I made a LONG time ago an accordian envelop book and I thin I've lost the pattern because I can't find it anywhere. I've found one pic of what I'm talking about here:

The middle uses envelopes and then you create pull outs for each envelope, those pull outs can be pictures or note cards etc. I looked through the resources and I can't seem to put my little fingers on it. Does anyone have the directions that they could post here or email them to me???

I don't have any directions, but that is a cool little book! I may have to play around and see if I can't figure out how to make that. If I come up with a set of directions, before anyone else posts them, I'll post what I come up with.
