Default Heidi Swapp Masks - ?

What do you do with these masks? How do you use them? Anyone have a picture and some information?

I've used them with my Color Wash and Glimmer Mist Sprays - apply them to your card stock - then ink/brayer or spray over them - remove the mask. No you have an uncolored area - you can color over it with the same colors - giving it a lighter look - or leave it uninked. Here's a card I used one of the masks on.

I've never used them, but Tim Holtz used them on one of his "12 Tags of Christmas" challenges.

I paint over them, let them dry and then journal over them on layouts. Here is an example on my blog:
