Default Gerry's "STUNNING POP-UP Flowers Paper Craft on 4/14/2023

Gerry van der Velden has a blog to which I subscribe. She is very, very clever!!! Her 4/14/2023 offering is "Say It With Flowers." The video of how to put the hand cut paper flowers together goes so fast I cannot follow it.
There are 3 flowers of one color and 4 flowers of a second color. Separate green leaves are added. It looks like a whole petal of one color is glued to the whole petal of the other color, but it must be that just the tips of certain petals are glued. Once some of the petals are glued to each other, I think the piece is turned over and other petals are glued in place. Then the piece gets glued to both sides of the inside of the card.
There is no vocal on the video, nor are measurements given. I have emailed Gerry, but I have no response as yet.
The card is truly beautiful and will be perfect for Mother's Day which is coming up quickly.

I'm hoping someone on SCS knows how to contact Gerry van der Velden so she can give her directions on SCS or that a member of SCS has made this card and can be specific about measurements and the places to be glued.
Many, many thanks!

Here is a tutorial that might help you. She has photos showing where she is placing glue.

Assuming the video is hosted on YouTube, a trick you might find useful is changing the playback speed. In the row of icons along the bottom of the video, you’ll see a little cog. Click that and one of the options is “playback speed”, you can go as low as quarter speed if you want to get a real “slo mo” view of something. Looks like you might have got a solution this time but it’s a trick worth knowing if you watch craft demonstrations sometimes!

Default More help! Thanks!

Thank you, Angelnorth!! I had no idea that it's possible to change the speed of a YouTube video. I'll give that a try.
Once again, SCS to the rescue! Many thanks!!
