Faux Postage is super easy. All you need is a template. You can find it under

Print out different sizes. I like the 1.5" height and 1.25" width. It is free for the first 30 days. But you only need it once. After you print it, just make copies of it. Next take one of your copies, or a part of it and make yourself a template with an acetate sheet. Take your copy and mark 1/8" inside the postage. Then lay your acetate sheet on top (I taped it with Hermafix so it wouldn't move) and cut out the inside.
Now lay your acetate template over your printout and sponge your postage squares in. Again, I taped them together with Hermafix. I used the sponge daubers to sponge it in. Then stamp over it and you are done. Cut it out and layer it on your card.
These faux postage sheets dont have anything printed on it. But you can use a small saying from the AYC sets. That works well. I got my faux postage sheet from the Technique Junkie Newsletter from Pat Huntoon (
www.patstamps.com). I havent found a free printout yet, that has something printed on the squares.
