If I could please have a copy of the template I think that I could work it out w/ improv. I'll try it and let everyone know if it works for me. [email protected], thanks!!!!

I tore apart a double slider card and made a template from a gift card I bought at Victoria Secret years ago.. I sooo get this now! I can't wait to make one and you blog is great including the pics.
I am attaching the instruction for the card for all of you. If you can do this box you can do this card
I just saw the card for the first time the other day from a friend and the box sounds even better. I watched the card tutorial and Shannon, I used your template and made a quick one...which was great by the way. I may not have been threading the plastic bag correctly but I wasn't happy with the limited access to the inside of the box so I kinda combined the card tutorial and Shannon's. Instead of cutting slits I wrapped the plastic bag around the front of the box cover to make a loop. I put adhesive on the inside top edge of the plastic bag and stuck the edge of the box there & I put adhesive on the outside bottom edge of the plastic bag and stuck my card there. So when you pull the box down, it can open pretty much the whole way because the card has to go the whole way up to be seen. Hope that makes sense, I'm not sure how sturdy that set up would be but my box was a little smooshed and flimsy by this point in my trials. I do need to find a tutorial on box making--mine has some issues--serious issues. :^) And I guess if you were looking closely you would be able to see the plastic bag on the very edges...I also wrapped the bag around the back of the box cover, it does the same thing except the card pops out from the back instead of the front edge.

(ps. this is my first post!!!)
Those strips are very static-y and I always lose them in the carpet, on the trash can, stuck to my leg...they are everywhere. I finally cut about 20 so I would just have them. I find that walmart bags work the best.
