Default door hanger pattern help!

A friend was asking about a door hanger w/pouch that she made at a meeting once....it uses a business envelope. I am thinking it is styled similar to this:

Anyone know of a pattern for this? Thanks!

Tough subject to searcxh for. Most online patterns are for the cute little fabrice dolls and teddy bears that you can hang on your doorknob.

Found some door hanger patterns on a printing website... KoolPrint.com Most are just flat, but one has a pocket cut on an angle.

Check this wonderful site under "patterns". They have just what you need for a doorknocker like that. Lots of other cute stuff, too. I just found it last night and bookmarked it.

It's under 3-d templates and is called a pillowbox doorhanger.

It looks like it is just a envy, cut in half or maybe a little larger than half. Attach it to another piece of cardstock and punch a hole in the top. It doesn't have the pillowbox bottom, so that is what makes me think it is an envelope. Hope that helps.
