Default Craft Show Packaging

I have been reading all the great ideas for craft shows and have been toying with the idea of doing one this fall--my question is where do you get the cello for packaging your items to sell?

Do you buy it in bulk--it seems as though you would need several different sizes.

This would be my first time doing a craft fair so any and all tips are greatly appreciated

Lori

I buy them in bulk. Not sure where you are located, but in Canada you can get them at Pritchards and in the States Uline is a good place to get them too.

Creative Images is great too cistamps.com - I buy packs of 100 at a time. Their clear boxes are great for boxed sets of cards.

If you don't want to order supplies, you can do quite a lot with different sizes of plastic bags that you can find at grocery stores and small plastic bags that you can find in the the jewelry making dept. at hobby stores like Hobby Lobby and Joanns.

I got a pack of the gallon size plastic bags without zippers at Walmart and used them to package my altered notebooks. With just a little folding to the back side to make them fit, taping with invisible clear tape, they looked good and protected my items.

If you have plastic bags with zippers, just cut the zipper off. I used sandwich size bags to package a lot of my smaller items, like post it note holders and small notebooks. The quart size can be used for larger items.

I usually order from Clearbags.com.
I am a strong believer in good packaging helping to sell your products. And they also keep the kids sticky fingers from ruining your goodies.
