Arrow Cookie Holder - Demoed at Convention

Does anyone out there have instructions and measurements on how to make the cookie holder Jodi Demoed at convention?
They have this picture of it but no measurements/directions...

http://www.stampinup.com/us/document...7SamplesII.pdf

Any help would be appreciated!

go to sweetesthings.com, there you should find a pattern for a cookie holder.
I don't know if it the same thing as at the convention. But i hope it helps.

I am thinking that a square envelope template (4x4, 5x5, etc) would work.

Could she have just used an envelope template? I think there is only one cookie inside.

I am pretty new at crafty things, but, maybe you could use a regular (larger) size white envelope and use stamps or a wheel on it to design the envelope???
I will still await instructions, but, it's just a thought!
