Default Continuous (fold) Card

I was at the Scrapping Turtle on the weekend and they are offering a class for a continuous card. The basic idea is that you open the card, inside are two more flaps, you open them, the card seems to flip and then you are opening the first two flaps again... so you continually open...thus "continous" card. The class was full so I thought I would look for a template and attempt this myself. I haven't had any luck finding it yet. Has anyone seen or heard of this and know where I may get the instructions, measurements, template?

The card is also called a never ending card. I believe there is a tutorial on a never ending card in the resources section.

I love this type card. My first one took 6 hours to make so it's not one I do often!
