I would go with c3, c5, and c7...start off with c3 and highlight with the darker grays...this will give it tone. You could blend with a little c1. If you have the warm grays instead of cool grays then I would go with the same #'s in w. I think cool gray would work best though. HTH
I use the 100 or 110 black to start, then I will add some lighter tones with C9, C7, and possibly C5. That really dark black marker is a great starting off point. I colour a lot of characters with black hair, and that works best for me.
