Default card sizes

I'm trying to make a card that is long and narrow. Not the quarter sheet, but the one that is about the size of those photo cards you order from Wal-Mart. I can't seem to find the dimensions anywhere. How big do I cut and where do I score? Seems like it'd be easy, but it eludes me. LOL

I just measured my family photo card and it is 4x6. So, you would cut your cardstock down to 8x6 and then fold the 8" side in half (so, score at 4").
