Question card on Feb '08 aneheim regional

have lots to learn- love this card- it's by Natalie Travis- it's greens and a torn tag with white leaf pattern-- she says white stazon/dry embossing--

does that mean she used clear embossing powder on the white stayzon ink?-

I really need it dummed down for me--- so please Natalie if you are out there or anyone who can log on to S.U. and take a peek, I would LOVE to know exactly how this was done. And was this done on colored card stock or did she use ink on white?

thanks so much Stampin Sisters in advance.

Do you have a link to the card so we can see it too? Dry embossing usually means she used a brass stencil and a stylus to make a raised image.
