Default can you stamp on napkins?

Hi everyone. I am pretty new here--lurking about.

I had a customer ask me if you could stamp on paper napkins, and then use them--like for a wedding. I told her I thought so, but would ask around. I am worried that the ink would bleed off onto the users face/hands--not a good look for a wedding!

thanks in advance!!!!

I was always told you could stamp on Napkins as long as you used staz on. Have never tried it though. Stamp a couple with different inks and do your own testing. Good luck.

I am going to say yes but I'd try it before I told someone it was OK better me with ink on my face than my trusting customer.

You might want to PM user kisamari - she did soem baggies for a swap and did red napkins that were stamped on - it actually looked like white craft ink to me ??

I stamped on napkins for my sons graduation party. I just used regular ink & they worked just fine.

Thumbs up

My daughter just got married last month, and I stamped their initials on the corners of 200 cocktail napkins on which cupcakes were served. They didn't run at all (and I used Stampin' Up! inks), and looked great. I didn't hear of any problems when they were being used. In fact, we used the leftovers for regular napkins after the wedding with no problems at all.

I got a stamped napkin in a swap that a Kalidecolor pad ( Autumn Leaves) was used, and she told us that it would not bleed. Now, I personally have not tested it to know, but I will take her word for it. ;)
