I used this for a scrapbook workshop. I paired the Ladys up and let them pick a stamp set, from the ones I had from the Winter mini and the SAB mini. It was a big hit. They each got 4 6x6 scrapbook pages to put there pics on. And four of them ordered 6x6 albums. I have added pics of the pages.
8-6x6 scrapbook pages- Great for workshops
Supplies: 1 sheet of 12x12 to stamp on
1 sheet of 12x12 solid color CS ( main color)
1 sheet of 12x12 solid color CS ( accent color)
6 eyelets
2- 5" pieces of ribbon
6 shapped paperclips
1.Stamp a random pattern on the white sheet of CS. Cover the entire page and don't leave too much space between images.
2.Cut the stamped sheet in half. Cut one the halves in half again, so you have 2 6x6 squares. Cut the other half into strips that will be 1 1/2x 6.Take one of these strips and cut it into 2 smaller strips that will be 1/2 x 6.
3.Cut your main solid color of 12x12 in fourths.
4. Cut the accent piece into fourths. Take two of the 6x6 pieces and cut into strips that are 2"x6".Take one of these strips and cut it into two smaller strips that will measure 3/4"x6".
Now you are ready to assemble your pages!
Page 1 & 2: Attach a 11/2" strip of stamped CS to a 2" strip of accent color. Wrap a 5" piece of ribbon around this strip and tie in a knot. Trim ends. Attach this to the side or top of a 6x6" piece of the main color. Repeat this proccess for page 2.
Page 3 & 4 Tear the edge off of a 2"strip of accent color. Attach a 11/2" strip of stamped CS, aligning the smooth edges and leaving a border of torn accent CS. Attach this to the left side or top of a piece of 6x6" main color. Repeat this process for page 4.
Page 5 & 6 Attach a 1/2x6" strip of stamped CS to a 3/4x6" strip of accent color. Punch 3 holes with the 1/8" hole punch on one side of the strip. Attach eyelets to each of these holes. Attach this strip 1" from the top of bottom of the 6x6 sheet of stamped CS. Repeat for page 6.
Page 7 & 8 Take one of the 11/2x6" strips of CS and attach it to one of the 6x6" of the accent CS. Add 3 shaped paperclips to strip. Repeat for page 8.

Jamie,
You have made my day! I have a stamp camp on the 26th & we are doing brag books! My campers will love that they can get so many pages done so quickly. BTW, I LOVE your pages!
I love it!!!
how much would you charge to do this as a class? Also did you make the swirly paper clips or did you buy them? I just love the whole idea. Thanks you for sharing.
I'll have to play with some cardstock to see what it looks like, since I'm a very visual person and have to do it to picture it. LOL
Just looked in the gallery and couldn't find any scrapbook pages. Do you have any loaded that we can peak at? I'd LOVE to see these and anything else you have done with scrapbook pages as I REALLY need some help in how to get started with them.
Thanks SO much for sharing!

Jamie

I would do a search in the gallery again. There are tons of scrapbook pages - 6x6, 8 1/2x11, 12x12. They are great for ideas!!
Or just click on Gallery (at the top of the page) and then scroll down. There is a link to click - Scrapbook Pages....it looks like there are 2500+ in there.
Have fun and good luck!
Also - beautiful pages! I am working on a 6x6 of our Disney vacation this weekend. Looks like I have some new inspiration to be utilizing - thanks for sharing!!!

thanks for sharing this!! I love to to create little gift albums and I'm always looking for fresh ideas or else I get stuck in a rut! This is great inspiration!!

Thank you for sharing this little gem with us! I bought some 12x12 paper to make a 6x6 book with my niece last summer. She loved it...and I have lots of paper left over. This would be great to make sets of 6x6 cards. Now I'll just have to find envelopes!
LOVE them! I think I'll CASE these, but use wire instead of the swirly paper clips, since I have wire and not the clips. You could also use buttons or poly-shrink do-dads instead of the clips or the eyelets.
I LOVE this idea!!! May I case this idea as long as I use your name and change the stamp set? I'm thinking I'll use my preorder from the Spring Mini. One of my customers has been on the fence re: holding a Stampin' Memories workshop and I think this just may bring her around.
Thank you so much for putting all your hard work out there for us! I haven't been confident about demo-ing scrapbook samples, but your pages are inspiring and versatile. Now I think I'll actually be able to do it.

I don't see any samples. Is it just me? This sounds like an awesome idea and everyone keeps saying how good the pages look, but I don't see any pages help me find them, please!
