Default TLC960 - Water Color Christmas Trees in July - 07/17/2023

Happy Monday All!!

I hope you had a wonderful weekend! This month I am switching it up a bit. I am using stash just not paper....Today's challenge is a watercolor technique. I have so many watercolor choices that it is definitely time to pull some out and play! July is World Watercolor Month and around every corner, you see "Christmas in July" so I have a combo challenge for you.

I found these quick tutorial videos showing a few ways to create watercolor Christmas trees. They are all cute and super easy to do. They make for a fun watercolor session just playing around and trying them all. I think it would be fun to use them for gift tags or cards. They are perfect for CAS cards - just add a simple sentiment and you are done!

I can not wait to see what you come up with!!

Hugs,
Lyn

Remember to use the keyword TLC960 (no space) when you are uploading. It's helpful if you come back and leave a link on this thread, especially in case you made a typo and people may not find your card.

If you're not sure how to link your card on the thread here, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/show photo..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

Enjoyed your challenge, Lyn. It combined well with today's CAS. Thanks
