What an awesome challenge Holly. There is a reason why we favored the card to begin with, so thanks for the push to case our first card. I cased a card by Carole Richardson and I think you will understand why. Here is my take on her creation//www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2037308?&cat=500&ppuser=178754
I had to learn a new technique for my CASE of suthnheart. Here's my card: brazen brilliance. There are a couple of links to the technique instructions in the notes.
Inspired me to go out and finally Case one of my favs. I too have never gone out and cleaned up my favs. I doubt that I will because I still love each and every one. My first card I faved was from Iris, and here is my card in her honor:

Holly, I just loved this challenge idea! It was so much fun to do! I have wanted to CASE this card since Feb. 2007...and now I have. Thanks so much for this wonderful idea!
It was very thoughtful of you to ask us to PM the person who originally uploaded the card. Wouldn't that be an awesome PM to receive?
This is a great idea to honor someone who was our very first fave! I just hope I can do mine justice! By the way, I had no idea you could click on that little heart, that's much easier and quicker, so thank for the tip. Off to see what I can do.
Thank you, Holly, for this fun challenge. My CASE is a ribbon weave and the reason it's in my Favorites is because I didn't want to forget to do this technique.
I uploaded a card into my gallery, 'cuz I am not good at linking! :???: Joan Ervin will get a PM from me as her card Butterflies and Tulips_je was the oldest in my Favorites. Hope you all check the cards out!

This was a fabulous challenge to declare - and to follow! I enjoyed seeing how everyone was inspired. And there were several cards that I was moved to put into My Favorites, too. I don't have a gallery but I sure do appreciate everyone who shares their many talents. Thanks so much!
This seemed like a fun challenge, and I needed a good masculine birthday card for my brother-in-law, so I cased the oldest card in my favorites, from early 2004: Tea dye by Beate
