Time for the spring bonnets. I love the ladies that get the hatboxes out and dawn their Easter bonnets. This image is from Our Craft Lounge and the set is called Vintage Roses.

Doing all right . . . a little stamping on a Monday night . . . I have a very old song stuck in my head! But I did get to do a little stamping tonight . . .
Thanks for a fun challenge, Deb! Since the CAS was to use layered shapes, and this was vintage, I instantly thought about using a paper doily. Here is my card for this week:
TLC263 Very Vintage: Sweet Corn Golden Bantam variety
My local ATC group did a demonstration - transferring printed ink jet images from paper to fabric with matte medium as the agent. I found some cool vintage seed packets already mounted at the local Goodwill, photographed them and used this technique.I found out that you need to reverse the image before printing it if you want it to be more distinct and have the lettering the right direction, so I will try that next time.
I used plain cotton from a leftover sewing project, some Creative Memories paper, and olive green thread for the outside stitching. I thought it wouldn't be complete without a few corn kernels (glued on with glue dots)
