New technique to me. It nearly broke my crimper, LOL, I need to stick one of the handles for turning it back in again. I'll definitely try it again, but maybe with embossing instead. Crimped Forest
These are lovely. I've been sitting here thinking that they are what I call "hand it to them" cards because they aren't for mailing. Then the lightbulb went on. What if you did the same technique with a narrower small envelope and used it as an enclosure for a bookmark. That might be fun to stick inside a regular card or just in an envelope.
Well Lynn, you did it again. Scared the snot out of me and it wasn't hard at all! It was loads of fun and I'll definitely do it again. I did not make an insert at this time! But thanks for looking!
I had no time today, a neighbor came over and just left...so I'll have to sit this out. Gotta go get the dog from the vet.
I'll make comments on your pretty cards though.
Have a great day!

Well I thought I'd try the small security envelope. It worked!!! Fits into a 4 x 6 envelope. I have it on my blog. Got all confused about linking it to my gallery as I haven't done it in a long time. Take a look if you're curious. http://stampinheart.blogspot.com
I've made one more and then I'm off to read. This has been a great day off for me - stamping, reading and relaxing. Hope you like this one. Hoppy Easter

Lynn, I am so glad you chose this technique today. I saw this technique some time ago but never tried to do it. Here is my Crimped Birthday Lilacs card.
What a blast from the past - I remember doing these years ago so I dreamed about it all day at work, (wondered why I had a sort of unproductive day today....hmmmm) Ever think your life has become this....this....this....obsession of what you will stamp next??? Ever feel pathetic??? I do.....kinda......but hey, this is me, I could be obsessing over worse stuff.....hope you like my card!! Here it is:
