I LOOOVVVEEE this technique, but I always use RIW for it, so I thot I'd do something different. I'm not sure if this really LOOKS like the right technique, but it IS how I did it. Well, not so much the layering part...hmmm....
Hello Hello...is anyone here?? I am in a dilemma...I have made what I think are some pretty pink and blue tole flowers (took me two hours!! lol), but now I can't figure out what kinda card to make with it!! Can anyone give me a suggestion of what color paper I should use maybe??
I was happy to try this, and I loved my rose when I was done. I want to try this with other flowers as well, I started off easy with RIW, I knew it would turn out OK, lol. Anyway, here is my try: Cherish Rose Tole by Pebble at Splitcoaststampers
Paper tole was one of the first crafts that I fell in love with. I struggled a little with doing this on a card - partly because this one will be going into the mail. This was my first challenge...hope I did it all okay.
Here's my try. I, too, don't think this is a real tole flower but it is what it is! Maybe I'll give it another try later. I have done this with the RIW set before and that came out better toled, if there is such a word! lol Thanks for looking! TLC128 Birthday Tole by Rascal at Splitcoaststampers

This was done for yesterdays Technique Challenge-Paper Toile. I really enjoyed doing this.It took me a long time to do it, but it was worth it. Maybe the next one won't take so long. Here is Roses In Winter Toile.

It's been a while since I have done a challenge, and the card I had in progress seemed the perfect opportunity to try the Paper Tole with the Doodle This flower image. The Stickles look magical in real life, but didn't photograph so well. Thanks for looking at my card.
