Teapot Tuesday Challenge MMTPT814 Tempest in a Teapot
Anyone is welcome to play in the weekly Teapot Challenge - the more, the merrier! You automatically become a “TEApotter” the first time you play. Where will you find inspiration? Will it be from the teapot or from the challenge theme itself? Remember, your participation in Destination Station is 100% voluntary and not a requirement. Just have fun!
It's the last Tuesday of the month so that means it's time for our Teapot Tuesday Tickle Challenge

CHALLENGE:
t's tickle time and we're already finishing the second Month of the year, time is flying !!
I would like to challenge you to get inspired by one of the many idioms we know - here are some.
Of course there's a storm in a teacup - or for today we will say a Tempest in a Teapot - something small exaggerated out of proportion.
Or to have butterflies in your stomach (to be nervous)
Food Idioms :
Big cheese (VIP)
One smart cookie (very intelligent person)
Cool as a cucumber (very relaxed)
Butter someone up (be extra nice to someone)
Cream of the crop (The best)
Souped up (made more powerful or stylish)
Egg someone on (urge someone to do something)
Or maybe you prefer bird idioms :
A home bird (prefers staying at home)
Swan song (a final appearance)
Bird's-eye view (a view from above)
Kill 2 birds with one stone (2 desirable effects)
A little bird told me (secret information)
Flew the coop (escaped)
Eagle eyed (Sharp vision)
Maybe dogs or cat idioms :
Dog -eat-dog (intensely competitive)
Rain cats and dogs (rain very heavily)
Fight like cat and dog ( continually arguing with each other)
Every man and his dog (many people)
Puppy dog-eyes (A begging look)
Fat cat (a highly placed well-paid executive)
No room to swing a cat (very small not big enough)
The cat is out of the bag (the secret has been revealed)
Or finally use color idioms :
Out of the blue (randomly)
Green with envy (jealous, envious)
Golden opportunity (a very good chance to achieve something)
Red-letter day (a special day)
Tickled pink (extremely pleased)
Black sheep (outcast)
White lie (a small lie that is said to be polite)

I knew immediately that I wanted to do tickled pink. I couldn't locate the stamp set, so I used a coloring page. Sizing the page for a card made for some tricky tiny detail coloring, luckily I have some ultrafine tip markers and pens! Still, I had to use a magnifying ring light to color.
