Welcome to Teapot Tuesday the Sisterhood of the Traveling Teaparty and Challenge #483
Oh Palm Tree, Oh Palm Tree...???
Note: Anyone is welcome to play! You automatically become a Teapotter the first time you play in our challenge. Also, you do not have to write a story. You just have to be inspired by the teapot or by the story about this week's location! Have fun! If this is your first Teapot Tuesday Challenge, please mention that in your commentary so we can be sure to greet you properly, in pure Teapot Tuesday fashion! Your participation in Destination Station is 100% voluntary and not at all required. Just have fun!
The Rest of the Story:
1: Have you ever wondered what people in other areas do to make it feel more like Christmas? I know palm trees just doesn't convey the same message does it? Well, that was the fix the Mini twins were in. You see, they just got relocated to sunny California.
2: And now it's coming upon Christmas season and there isn't a fir tree in sight, nor a snowflake for miles and miles. Whatever are they going to do. Christmas just isn't Christmas without the right atmosphere. So they determined to make their own atmosphere. RUTROH!! this is sounding scary already.
3: So, first on the list was the tree; a potted pine would have to do for that and with a little trimming and tinsel dripping it should do fine. Now for the snow; they read online of a snow making machine that ski lodges use!! BAM!! That's what we need, and set about finding out where to rent one. Then for the smell factor.
4: Now, we are talking really scary here as they are mixing and stirring and trying to come up with the right "smell of Christmas" Hopefully they don't burn the house down with their concoctions. Jr. Science kits really are a dangerous thing (don't ask me how I know this)

I had said the same thing will send extra since for good cause, but was funny on the Palm Tree as my brother lives in Fl and as said not have pine tree but have Palm so for a few years they got Palm tree hung it from the ceiling upside down and decorated, was different but cute---neat idea for sure.
here's my dotty tree I took my inspiration from a Christmas in Hawaii one year- they had a tree festooned with white crepe paper- so I used my icicles die and some stickles for sparkle. Went with a dotted background, adding texture with some fun foam dots I recycled.
