Default STASH18SEP 09/03/18

Happy Anniversary to me! Our 52nd on the 3rd! So, I am posting a little early. Thanks for your patience last month! I just can't play the Dirty Dozens Dare to Get Dirty challenges, 40 of them and scrap at the same time! I see that Joyce Ann did both , though!

Our September Stash Buster Challenge:

1. Paper: Use at least three different papers, or more.

2. Embellishments: Use eyelets (or if you have none-lucky you!, use brads.)

3. Tool: Eyelet setter, or a punch.

4. Technique: Matting. Mat all your photos. I love matting and most of the time, I mat mine, but I notice some of you don't.

Remember, have fun, and do not buy anything special for this challenge.
For example, if you have no eyelets, substitute brads or buttons.

Don't forget our keyword:
STASH18SEP

Please come back and link us to your layout so we can come admire it. Also, let us know in the description how you met the challenge.

Here is our September Stash Buster

I can't wait to see what you come up with! For those in the states, Happy Labor Day.

This will be fun, Sharon. Thanks for posting.
I'be been trying to mat more, still don't often. I do have eyelets!! When I discovered them I thought they were the greatest. Love setting them. Good to be reminded to use them again.

Golf with my Goofs by Shirleysgirl - at Splitcoaststampers

Heres mine. I took the picture before I remembered to do any journaling and was too lazy to redo it. So now has place, date at least on top open area above sky picture.

Im gonna try and do another layout using more eyelets so I can start feeling like Im putting a dent in that stash. Good reminder!

Ok I just had to try this one again. I mean once you get all those darn little eyelets out and the tools you might as well go to town. I found a way on this one to use lots of scraps and eyelets! WInner WInner Chicken Dinner! Whoop! Whoop!

Hooray, it's back! Missed this challenge last month. I'm sure I have one or two eyelets I can add to a layout, so off to see what I can find. ;-)

Talking Fun!

Sharon, super fun to pull out the eyelets again! I actually found some "cloud" ones that were perfect for my page ...

5 eyelets, all photos matted. I used my SU tool kit to set the eyelets, that was how I first learned and have never changed to anything else. (couldn't get the hang of the Crop-o-dial). I also used a hole punch for the tag I cut.

Love all your pages this month! We still got some September left! I need to do some more! I haven’t been in my craft room for a couple of days. I challenge you girls to do another Stash Buster page this month! I will too! Amy already did two pages!
