Since I'm done making the cards I need for this month, I started on my Christmas cards. I'm make 4 of this one. This is for the CCC13 June challenge....figured I better get one made since it's the challenge I posted.
This is the last birthday card I have for February. There are way more occasions in the summer. I'd like to work on more sympathy and thank you's this time of year since I don't have too many birthdays right now.
I just posted a card for a friend who needed a laugh. She had her knee replaced then fell and shattered an ankle. So she is stuck for now in a wheelchair.

Nancy, this card would be great for my boss. She was trying to get up off the floor at work the other day and one leg gave out and came down on the other ankle at a bad angle. Needless to say, she broke the ankle.
Here is my entry for the 2nd half of the January AOCC challenge - From the tutorial "ACCORDION STYLE CARD HOLDER"...I had to modify this -- but I love the way it came out....I just love the pinstripe scrapbook paper !! I made some cards with it and they really came out nice. I will make more of these for presents !!! AOCC13_TUT CHALLENGE_JAN15 by Zbear1 at Splitcoaststampers
Hope you like it !!

Nancy - love this card! I'm going to have to buy this image. My son slipped on an icy set of stairs at his work and broke his elbow. This would give him a needed chuckle.

I managed to get a little time yesterday to make this birthday card for my Mom's birthday, for February.
I've got three more of these images colored so, I will try to make some other birthday or get well cards, with them.

And, another card for my stash; actually have my youngest DD in mind fo this card. A friend of her's nicknamed her Princess a long time ago, so I'm going to send this to her to let her know she is now "old enough" to be Queen!! LOL
a couple more done using a technique I have been wanting to try. I need a thx card for a friend who gifted me a bunch of stamps including this daisy set so I wanted to use the set she gave me....made 1 more for the stash box also....
I love your stitched cards. They are so pretty. I decided I have to give this a try so I printed out my first design. Thought I'd start simple with the free Christmas Tree design. If I like it, I plan on getting a bunch of them ready to stitch. I could work on them while sitting around or while travelling and needing something to keep me occupied while DH drives. If I get hooked, I'll have you to blame.

I'm happy to take the blame for that!!!! Happy stitching.
Here is my last AOC for January. I needed a thank you for a GF who took me out to lunch.
Today I will begin working on birthdays for Feb and March.

I downloaded some of the free patterns from both sites. I started with the easy Christmas tree. Looks like I may have to buy more floss. I have some, but want a larger variety of colors.
And, one more card for my hand-deliverable card stash. I couldn't resist using today's tutorial to create a facial tissue flower, so this is also for the second half of January card challenge.
Sooo.... I only needed a few in January. We are at the end of the month and I did NOT keep my promise to myself. Signed up for a class at My Creative Classroom and spend a LOT of time there.
Trying to get moving again.
