Surich, I love your pages. The picture looking over the desert with the shadow of the camel & you is spectacular.
Thanks, my hubby took it and the shadow was completely by accident...now if I had it again I would have it on digital and be able to blow it up more...the negatives are on spools and heaven only knows which spool it is on! LOL
I might try to find it as i do have the number of the roll opf film!
Cindy I have to be honest. This is the first time I have even seen the Scrapbooking challenges! And I am a scrapper at heart; making cards etc. is a secondary passion! I am so excited to try this. I have never even used a sketch before and have felt lately that I have been running out of creativity where my pages are concerned. I promise to give it a whirl and see what I can come up with. I'll have it loaded by Wednesday for sure!!

So it sounds like they're getting it smoothed out, just may take a bit! Don't forget to thank them for all their hard work, without them we wouldn't be here! RAK's are nice too! hehe
Here is my first scrapbook challenge evah! WOO HOO!!! I am so proud of myself because
#1 I have never used my stamps in my scrapbooks before. I am LOVING it and the craft spots RULE!
#2 I am over a year behind in doing my son's scrapbook. He just turned 2 and I did his first birthday for this challenge. I figure I should be able to catch up soon if I do one every week.
#3 If I keep this up, I will improve my scrapbooking skills!!!!!
I feel SO much better! I didn't flop the other night with my pages, it qualifies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But my camera isn't wanting to upload the pictures!!! So I'll keep trying!!! Do I post the other challenge on a different thread? Or all of them in this thread? I have some "theme" pages and the sketch challenge pages!
I'm off to keep trying to get this upload to work...Amy, your link on how to do it never came thru so I'm just doing it and following the directions on the screen if my dumb camera will upload!

Thanks! Yeah, she's a cutie-patootie....but small doesn't always mean better! She is 3 years old now and still an absolute maniac, like most Jack Russells. She is on either 'full speed ahead' or 'asleep' mode!

I did it! Took a bit for me to figure out how to make the sketch work for me and which pictures to use! I uploaded into an album for my scrapbook pages in my gallery so it didn't give me an option of putting any details in. Is that okay? If not I will re upload into the regular 12x12 gallery and put all the details in.

This is my first scrapbook sketch challenge, hope you like it. I am a pretty simple scrapper, even though I love the collage look.

PLease don't think I'm worried about not being entered in the challenge - that's not why I did the challenge, but i don't understand why my pages are not showing up under the keyword search. I have the right keywords in place. In fact, when I open my page, and click on the keyword code, it opens the other pages in the challenge, but not mine.

I did one for the SBC3 and I put that in my keywords and mine doesn't show up with the others either! Now what?! Should we post the pic again or try to move it or what? I know that I have a folder in my gallery that I've set aside for SB pages and that's where I have mine...did you do the same thing? Maybe that's why?

I missed the deadline, but still wanted to post this as I have been wanting to work on getting a gallery set up and your creative sketch has pushed me to get started. Thank you so much for doing this.
Favorite Grandma, you did NOT miss the deadline!!! As far as I understand it, you have until midnight tonight (PST) to post your entries!! I certainly hope so because I have AT LEAST four more layouts that I need to get posted on here today!!! So I hope I didn't miss it!! I'm still trying to figure out why my pages aren't showing up when I type in the key words!:(

My pages were not showing up in the keyword search either but my sbsc#1 was. Crazy. I realized that I did not have the # sign in my keywords so I updated it to include it. I hope that works.

Oh good, I thought it was last night, but DH is my scanner god and he'd gone to bed by the time I'd finished. I can't say enough times how much I appreciate the hosts doing these, got me started scrapping again. I love looking at all the pages and I have noticed not all of them show up with the keywords.
My pages were not showing up in the keyword search either but my sbsc#1 was. Crazy. I realized that I did not have the # sign in my keywords so I updated it to include it. I hope that works.

OK, OK....I see! When I type up the SBC#3, mine shows up along with a few others and then when I JUST type up SBC3, then others show up! So I certainly hope that the Cindy & Amy realize that when they do their voting thing! (hint: are you guys getting this?;-) ) So guys, it just depends on how you type it up in your search. So if you want to see ALL of them, then you have to type in BOTH with AND without the # key! Thanks thuskins!!!!

I didn't do mine as a folder. It's just the same as all the other cards in my gallery. I did it the same as for VSN and it always worked for VSN. I think I'll post the question in questions thread for SCS.
