How do I create one of the sketches?

I mean, like if I wanted to make one of the sketch patterns from a hand drawn sketch what program do I use? Is is difficult? I have tons of sketches that I have jotted down from magazines and I would like to make them "fancy" like the challenges are posted here. I would even be happy to share if someone could direct me on a tutorial or something. Thank you!

If your just going to print it, do it in Word! I've done a few for posting here that way when I was in a pinch...I actually printed and scanned so I would have a .jpg image! LOL
Otherwise I recommend using PhotoShop or an equivalent software. Wish I had a tutorial to share, but really making a sketch is pretty much just doing a super plain digital scrapbook page that doesn't have photos.
