I noticed those lines also, i thought i had got a defective one, but then i checked all my folders, it seems the majority of the folders have those lines, it's a bummer.

Cuttlebug Red tag sale alpha

I just went to M's to exchange my alpha set because the big letter C is flat on the top, it's not completely curved, the new one is the same way, anyone else have this problem?

I just keep mine in the sterilite 6 qt containers organized by theme, like animals in one, love themed ones in another, or organize them by company, amuse, stampendous, magenta and so forth.

That's strange that your gable box is an inch smaller than mine. Mine are from SU. I got the assortment pack a long time ago, so maybe they changed the size.
