Sometimes when my punch board won't cut clean I do a couple of presses using a couple of layers of tin foil. It just depends how bad the problem is. Give it a try....it might work!

I use a piece of heavy glass instead of the foam. Foam wore out too fast. I haven't had any trouble with it for 7 or 8 years!!!
