I'm honestly not sure and wish the picture did the card justice. It's almost like the flowers and vase are made with shrinky dink "paper"...but I'm pretty sure they're not.

The vase and flowers look like they have glassy glaze on them. The vase is bent in on both sides and it's very 3D. Oh, the vase has a little sheen to it as well.
