Precision Base Plate die down or up?

Does it matter if the die is facing down on the precision base plate or die cut side up?

Wafer thin dies and adapter tray

Since the adapter tray works well with bigz dies would two adapter trays be workable fir the desired sandwich. I don't have two adapter trays to try it out

I am planning to be a SU demo for first time. I am in my 70's. Fan since 1997 and hostess club for last 3 to 4 years. (lower commitment level as a hostess)
