Thanks guys I finally got it to work we did the method Clear plate..die..paper..then clear plate and run it through and worked PEFERECTLY!! Thanks for everyones help hope this helps others as well.

Thanks guys so I was doing it right the first time but it didn't cut all the way out of my paper just a couple of cut lines that was it then I tried to fold it and gentle tear away and it ended up...
