Here's to everyone healing, finding answers, being busy and lots of birthdays! I did manage to finish out a good week, thanks for all the wishes. No scrapping yet buy my house is clean and I'm caught up at work and got lots of good time in with the baby/parents/hubby this weekend- the best!
Hello, jci, busy weekend, so far this week has not been to bad. I was able to craft 2 Thanksgiving cards last night for teachers. I hope to work on some pages this week as well.
I was able to work on another page, thought I would get more done over the week end but the DGK's came early to spend the night on Sunday, then there was no school Monday but mom and dad had to work..................
I have done everything but scrap today. Made cookies, made a card and posted it to a new challenge..... forgot to upload it here (SCS)...... read blogs. Time is getting short before I have to head out again which seems to be the best time for me to scrap. For some reason the ideas come fast when time is short, I'm just not fast enough to get them glued down before heading out the door.
When I finish the current page I will tackle "the white space".
Yeah, I have been too busy too! Not even working on Christmas projects. Had to get ready for a craft garage sale at a local scrapbook store. Now have to start getting ready for a small workshop for some little grils here at my house. Then it will be time to do a page for the upcoming inspiration challenge. I have good intentions of doing pages for the other challenges, but I hardly have time to get the one done for mine! What is the deal? Durring VSBN, I go like crazy!!! But, I don't even know if I could do that, now!
So happy scrapping everybody! I will try to get some done this week-end!

Wendy, I will be gone this evening also, but have a page LO that fits two challenges! Will try to get it done when I get home, because wouldn't be able to do much by three, since we have church then dinner. So will at least try to get it done tonight then would have time to load it tomorrow. Thank you for the push!! LOL I am crazy aren't i? It is like I need that time frame thing!! (like vsbn) LOL
Hi all! Boy...Hurricane, Eathquake, Flood now the Halloween weekend snowstorm! LOL! Took DGS bowling this morning and came out to a winter wonderland! We got home and the power went out for 2-1/2 hours. I thought I'd have internet but the modem is "plugged" in so DGS had to find things to do without electric....I had 2 battery powered radios that DGS referred to as "olden" time radios I think we'll probably lose electric again cause the snow is so heavy and pulling branches down over power lines . We are eating a little early...just in case Have a good weekend!
I'm off to the gallery to scope out some Christmas Card ideas....still haven't started my cards.
Whew! We have the Halloween weekend snowstorm too! It has ben a CRAZY year, hasn't it! That's ok though, I have accomplished soooo much today...cleaning, organizing, poking around on Pinterest.com (do any of poke around on there? It is FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want an invite to join, just PM me your email address and I will invite you...soooo neat!! Like a virtual cork board to put all of your ideas on and arrange them...LOVE it!) and then I got 8 more pages done! So, I am up to 14 for the month! It feels good after being out of it for a couple of months and not being able to get started...Have a good weekend! Hoping to finish my October goal tomorrow!!!

Good for you! I know how you feel. I got in my yearly goal with the ABC Album and now I feel so relaxed knowing I don't have to do anymore unless I really feel the urge.
We're all so funny -- you'd think the world was gonna explode if we didn't scrap on schedule!
I'm amazed about the snow you guys are having. We're just starting to have cooler temps at night and grateful for that. Snow before halloween -- w-e-i-r-d!!

So that is my 4th page for Oct. and I need another, which I now have done for the Inpiration challenge, that I will put on tomorrow. So my 5th page will be on the very last day of the month. After doing 10, 20 and more pages a month, why was 5 so difficult?

Here's mine. My computer clock says it's exactly 12:00 noon my time (3:00 EST)!!
Such an adorable page, Sharon. I just looked in the Oct gallery. There are only 35 pages in it! Maybe everyone is going to do their Oct. pages tomorrow!
I was going to upload a few layouts I've scrapped this month, but I remember just in time about the no-uploading for non-members rule! Oh well, hopefully I can get to it tomorrow. I actually have scrapped quite a few layouts (16 so far), although not as many as the one a day I wanted to do. Life got busy, plus my computer crashed, which made getting photos printed a mite difficult. We'll see if I can get another one completed tomorrow.
I miss seeing the loads of pics we usually have in the gallery by month's end. Hope everyone gets back in scrapping mode for November.

Happy Halloween too! We've still got about 2" of snow (not too much) but it'll make for a cold Trick or Treat night tonight Hopefully not too much ice will form so the little ones won't be slipping and sliding. I really can't ever remember snow on Halloween before. The news stated that the last time we had a trace of snow was in 1952! Before my time!
I guess it is safe to say that I will not meet my October goal … where did the month go? Work was crazy busy and after work, my knee was it quite a bit of pain. But I finally have a diagnosis … a torn medial meniscus, arthritis, and fluid on the knee. I go in for surgery on Thursday and hopefully surgery will get rid of the pain. For the first 10 days I’m suppose to keep it elevated then go back to the doctor to have the stitches removed. After that, I go through physical therapy for 6 weeks. Trying to figure out how to scrap with an elevated leg. Thinking I might just cut out a bunch of flowers on the cricut and make them while I’m in the recliner.

I usually have my Christmas cards done by this time and this year I haven�t got a clue what I am going to do for cards!
The weather has been crazy all over but I am just grateful for the cooler weather � this past summer we hit over 100 almost everyday � it was even too hot for the pool! Hope everyone is feeling better and healing from injuries. Happy Halloween!
