I haven't abandoned our thread or scrappin' ... LOL! I'm just on scrappin' hiatus for the next month. It's time of life for Photo Moments! As most of you know, my youngest son is graduating from High School next Sunday. It's fiscal year end at work and I have a huge event for work next week. I can't "spell the beans" yet but I'll share soon. The day after, I leave for Florida for my nephew graduation. We'll spend a few days with the family as he's leaving for the Navy. From Florida, we head to Michigan for my DS college orientation and apartment hunting. The week after, I travel for work and the next week we move DS. Last week I moved my oldest to an apartment where he'll be living this Summer and going to school.
July 1, I'll be home and I'll have an "empty nest" ... ;) ... well except for DH. I guess I'll have LOTS of time to scrap soon and hopefully have lots of awesome grad and family picts to get in my books.
I'll be checkin' in and saving all my faves from our June Gallery!
Stay Inspired

Aw Lela, we're missing ya but can't wait to see all your scrappy pages! Instead of looking at it like an empty nest you can look at it as you and DH having an extended honeymoon ;-). I wish you well because I know I'd be an emotional rollercoaster!
WAHOOOOOOO!!!! Today is the last day of school and we are not scheduled for anything this weekend...I see some scrappy times coming up soon :-) Now, off to prepare food for 15 teenagers in a few hours!

Want to update your version of Photoshop Elements--or thinking about trying digiscrapping?
Just came across an ad that Photoshop Elements 10 is on sale for $63.99 until June 16th. This is a great price. This offer might indicate that a new version coming out, but truthfully, there hasn't been much difference between the last 2-3 versions, so even if a new one does hit the market, I think you'd be more than fine with version 10. Like I said--this is a good deal!
Okay, I'm in my craft room to scrap...now how do I do this???!!! It's been so long since I've put a page together I'm not sure where to begin! ;-)
I do have my photos in my hard drive up to date so I'm going to finish the page on my desk (from the last VSBN) and then check out some of the current challenges...
Looks like I am not going to meet my goal. A nice little headache crept up on me while I was trying to finish the last 3......so 3 short, guess I will have to try hard to go over next month..... Have a good night everyone!

Yes, that would be me ... one day I'm excited for him, the next I'm feeling clingy and looking for the "stop the merry-go-round" button, LOL! There are moments I can't imagine letting him go.
It seemed so much easier with my oldest ;)

There has been great work done this month, way to go ladies!! I am wondering what June will bring I am ready to keep forging ahead with my scrapping but we are headed out of town for a few days so my June goal will be a much slower start than May.
I actually was inspired to start a page tonight with Michele's Inspiration challenge for blooms and then I thought I could incorporate Patti's 5/17 challenge and I actually made a template from one of the sketch challenges but as usual, I seem to have veered off into another direction once I started applying pictures...should be interesting to see what it ends up being! I'll have to wait until tomorrow to see what the next VSBN challenge is going to be...maybe it'll work better for that one? Can't wait to see what it will be.
