I got three more digi pages done this weekend. They're all from a trip to CA that we took a few years ago. I am determined to get this digi book done before the month is over! Now all I need is the rest of life to stay calm and let me! LOL!
I got 12 pages done at my scrappy weekend! Yay! Although that's not even 1/2 of my May goal! hahahahahaha
I'll be working on a few more tonight.

I'm keeping up with my LOAD challenge this month, but I fell behind on posting to the gallery, so I posted my most recent layouts last night. I'm so excited that I'm done with my pictures from 2010, plus I'm halfway through the month. Only 14 more layouts to go!

I made this dps to showcase a very special lady in my life -- my late stepmom. She was very talented and a firecracker of a gal! I plan to have prints made to give to the kids in both my family and hers.

Wow. I passed my goal and then I get out of my groove and I quit checking up on the thread. So much going on. Love the idea of a Vintage page...maybe I can get my creative juices going....we'll see

I NEED HELP! I'm getting the itch to buy! I keep looking at different blogs and sites and finding all this cute stuff and I want to buy it! It's a disease. I have so much crafting stuff its about to burst out of the room....and yet....I want more! I want stamps, I want washi tape, I want paper, rubons, ink, glitter, chipboard banners, more more more! What is WRONG with me!!!!

Woohoo! Wish me photo luck for good Prom Picts! It's a beautiful day here in Michigan today! (yay, right Patti?!) Oh Scrappy Moments ... I'm just so happy that I'm going to scrap the FUN for my son to remember. I only had 1 photo from the banquet we went to but no other picts of friends or the fun stuff getting ready.

What's WRONG is that you're just like 99.9% of the rest of us, LOL! Hobbies tend to drive collecting tendencies and building stash is 1/2 the fun. There are sometimes when Shopping Therapy fills the creative void we're feeling at that time.
I know I've been trying to avoid adding to my stash. I was doing good but then hit a "bored" Friday night and went on an online buying spree :rolleyes: Now I too am having the guilt moments of "oh I didn't really need more paper, stamps and ink!", haha!
It's helps me to "organize" and find something "new" or something I haven't used in awhile usually to bring it back into check...

It is a beautiful day. Love this sunshine and fresh air. I have just spent the last 2 days in the hospital (Friday afternoon until early this am.) NOT FUN.......had a serious headache that then started presenting like a stroke......scary stuff. They thought stroke first them after MANY test found just a very scary serious migraine. Doc says to slow down much easier said than done but I sure am going to try! Have a beautiful day everyone!!!!!!!

Patti, that does sound scary. Hope you are recovering well. As far as the doctor's advice goes, maybe you need to spend less time on other stuff and more time scrapping. I've heard it's very therapeutic!

I would love to play, however being in Canada with the threat of yet another postal strike, I will just sit back and watch you all play. It has been a number of years since our Canada Post went on strike -- but sorry, I don't feel sorry for them. Our postal service stinks most of the time, and our costs are about triple the US as is. I wish I didn't have to use them at all, but that too isn't realistic. :(

You MUST listen. If ever there was a time -- you do not want to have a stroke. It is obviously time to slow down and take life a little easier. I too have heard that scrapping is a great way to relax!!! ;)
