Just wanted to give a shout out to Valerie (Fresshe), Ann (Scrappy48 ), and Anavon (Annie's Pantry) for completing all four February Stash Busters challenges! Woohoo for you! I have a couple people who are missing week 2 or week 4, and today is the deadline, so please post your layouts if you want an honorable mention as well.
Okay, chugging along with this month's scrapbooking. I seem to start each month strong and then peter out, so I'm trying to get as many layouts done in the first couple weeks of March as possible! Here are two more I finished.
When we went on the Shop Hop last weekend there was a 6 x 6 album in our goodie bag. This is the first page I have done so far - not the first page of the album though. Oh, Snap!

I has been a busy week-seems like I can't get ahead- I make the lesson plans, read the readings, deliver the lessons, assign the homework, correct the homework, assign the weekly essays, read the weekly essays, post the grades, attend the meetings... Ok, at least its March and I only have to keep this pace until the end of May-
I feel like the little choo-choo, I think I can, I think I can...
But, on the bright side, and I do mean that literally, the sun is slated to shine today, its been rainy and cold this past week, and we are going for a ride in what is supposed to be close to 70 degrees today!
First, I want to get some pages scrapped-I am all caught up with the blog challenges at Designer Digitals and need to get caught up over here! If any of you digi scrap, check out their challenges, many times, Katie gives a freebie to help the page. And, those scrappers are so darn talented on that site!

I should have gone for a ride, but I started scrapping, and well, where did the day go? I have gotten several pages done, but I really like the color on this page, so I thought I would share, it isn't even for a challenge anywhere! LOL! Me too ...I did get cards done yesterday during VSN and some laundry but I had so many other things on my "to do" list and they just didn't happen ....
Today, I am going to scrap once I finish the school stuff I have to do. You would think by now having done this a few times, I would know that putting it off until the last day is not a good idea  Sigh ...

I'm baaaaackkkkk! Well, kind of Just about to get to work on a Digital Challenge to post tomorrow!
I've missed everyone here! I haven't done ANY scrapbooking for 4 or 5 months, but I did teach myself how to quilt and have been having lots of fun with that. Now I have new things to scrapbook that don't involve basketballs (though I still have some of those photos too - I'm chairing the Jr Nationals tournament which takes place March 28-30th, pictures will result, lol)...my quilty projects!
Next month I will get a goal for the year set. Off I go to see what the challenges have been like lately so I come up with something different!

Started working on last weeks stashbuster challenge. Excited for the page I'm making, but I'm a slow scrapper.

Had a great couple of days in Greenville with my Cousin. I loved the water falls and the view at Reedy River Park, My steak at THE PEDDLER STEAKHOUSE was really good and our tour around the old mansions was a fun historical treat...

Good Morning Everyone... Totally home and settled at the beach now!
TODAY...starts the last 15 day count down to the wedding, I think this is the easiest wedding we have done, either than or we are getting better at what we do?! Lol...
It is so fun to see how excited the kids are. They are going to have a great life together... , The Lord has already blessed them in so many ways and a real blessing in my life to see how The Lord takes care of those who tries. My DS that is getting married is the one that has Aspergers and we never really thought this day would ever come for him.

Wow! That's awesome! Tell him congrats from us. D-man still remembers the robot...really made an impression on him that year. And boy...does he look mature with that beard
In looking at some of the layouts, I remembered that my Cricut doesn't work anymore. HAs anyone else had any issues with their machine? I've probably only ever used mine less than 10 times, have 12-15 cartridges (some of which I've never used) and I plugged it in about 2 months ago and it wouldn't turn on. I did look on their site and found that apparently it's not an uncommon problem and that I might have to buy a new AC cord/plug...just wondering if any of you that use your's a lot has had a similar problem ever.....
I can't say as I ever had that problem with any of my Cricuts. I did have a problem with the Gypsy but it was not a cord issue like they thought it was. They even sent me a cord for it and it still did not work. All water under the bridge as I use CCR now and haven't looked back.
I could not begin to guess what the problem would be but it would be worth a call to Cricut for sure. Provided you have the time to sit on hold with them........

Wendy, CCR is Cricut Craft Room. Probably as close to doing digital scrapping as I will get but it is not at all digital scrapping. It's where I work with the cricut cartridge images that I cut for my pages. Much easier for me than just cutting from the machine.
Thanks for the explanation, Sharon. I've had no contact with any of the cartridge/computer/cutting machines, so it's really all Greek to me! Unfortunately, limited income these days probably means I'll remain in the dark too! It does sound like a very fun and unlimited world!

Congrats! I've got a younger brother with Aspergers and just hope that in a few years he might find a sweet girl who will marry him. I must say that this gives me hope for my little brother.

I use the Sizzix Eclips with the Craftedge software. LOVE it! Didn't have to buy the cartridges and get a ton of freebies! Sizzix just came out with an newer 'bluetooth' version! Can't wait until I'm ready for a new machine!
