Good morning ladies...just checking in! I completed journaling on 6 DPS yesterday. That was about all I had time for.

If I don't journal right when the page is done, I struggle to go back and finish it as well! Good for you for getting those pages done!

Now that I'm FINALLY finished school I can get back to scrapping I think I copped out sometime midyear and I hadn't even stepped foot in my scraproom in months.
I'm in for the scrapping goals (20 for January) and Stamp to Spend. The save and spend sounds good as well ... for every $10 spent, I'll save $10. I need to get back to Disney ;)

Hi All-
It's New Year's Eve and I'm checking in to SCS to see what everyone is up to. Last night I gave my upcoming year some thought and feel that I'm going to really be helped by all my sisters on SCS. I have the following goals for 2010:
Wow ladies I'm excited to begin my plans for 2010.
1. Complete 180 SB pages.
2. Complete 100 cards. (I ran out of Christmas cards in 2009 so I'm thinking a Christmas Card challenge will be one of the things I need to stay on track.)
3. Participate in 6 swaps. (recipe books, cards, etc.)
4. Exercise my body not just my creativity. . . I want to track minutes walked or doing classes. 3,120 minutes. . . that's just 60 min. weekly but I need to start somewhere.
5. My budget is a work in progress. . I think $300 for the year, not including what is given to me.
6. Complete 4 craft projects other than papercrafts. . (quilted wall hangings, gifts, crocheted items)
Keep posted as I work on it and thanks for reading. . I already posted these in Dec thread but wanted to keep on it!
I've been posting bits and pieces for my 2010 goals. Since tomorrow is Jan 1st, I thought I better summarize my 2010 goals.
1. Using my stash!!!
2. will try for 150 pages in 2010
3. Jan goal is 15 pages
4. CCC - 3 cards a month
5. complete 1 gift item each month
6. use up some of the kits that I have laying around
7. join the exercise challenge - not sure how I will measure this - perhaps by number of days I exercise for atleast 45 minutes

GooD Morning from "VERY FOGGY AT THE BEACH!"
My walk was incredible this morning... the fog is rolling in, I mean literally rolling in! Everything is so still and Quiet. The pier looked so ominous and alone... In spite of the little sea birds that played at my feet. I wish I would have had my camera.
I seemed like a very good way to end the year.... watching the last morning of the year fade off into the FOG!
Good morning all - I am enjoying reading everyone's goals and seeing everyone's new excitement to get back on the scrappin, budget-watchin, weight-losin train!
I was hoping to spend the day scrappin but DH is home from work sick with the flu. Yuck! I am spending my day disinfecting and keeping the kids away form him. Maybe he'll be feeling better tomorrow and I can start on my Jan goals.
I've been inspired by you gals to post my weight-loss goals. I was a bit nervous before because this is one goal that I've never been able to keep. I lose it and then put it back on. So here goes - my goal is to lose 40lbs for the year and to keep it off. That means a lifestyle change and not a diet. I'm joing Weight Watchers in Feb (won't have the money until then). I have a good friend that has lost 80lbs through them and kept it off for over a year.
I've read through this whole thread and it's exciting how many people are planning to participate in 2010 already!!
I'm still dealing with health issues and other stuff, so I don't know how my scrapbooking and crafting will go this year. Ithink I'll aim for 84 pages for the year based on an average of 7 pages a month. I'll set a monthly goal based on what's going on for me that month. I have hopes of getting some paper pages done, since I have tons of everything you can imagine, but I'll definitely be doing some digi pages which are easier to tackle when I am up for it and there's no mess!
So, my goal for 2010 is 84 pages and my goal for January is 7 pages.
Thank you Lela for all you've done to make this an awesome motivational thread. Thanks also to Jenn and Diana for their weekly challenges, and to the ladies who host the other great challenges -- and to all the gals who work on the VSBNs. Without all of you, where would our inspiration be??? We have a great group here!!!
HELP! I can't find the stamping out fat group. I clicked on the posted link and then tried to follow the directions without any luck. The link said I didn't have permission to go there. :(
Ok--my goal for January is 40 pages...I'm getting organized tonight and plan on scrappin' all day tomorrow (oh and cooking, cleaning and packing for a mini vacation.....) But I still plan on getting alot done!
Just checking to see if there is any interest in starting up our Exercise Goals again? We started off good last year and lost track about 1/2 way through. Anyone feeling like joining again?
*** This is last years post *** we could do something similiar***??
EXERCISE Scrappers --- If you want to join us we'll be KICKING off our EXERCISE Challenge on MONDAY, Jan 4. Go to the SCS Home Page, sign up for membership in "Stamp Out Fat" thread. I am so pumped to start scrapping again and sharing everything with y'all! I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with in 2010!
I am also so excited to see all you fellow flybabies!! I love to frequent the flylady chatroom, those ladies are so awesome if you ever need support. I know they have got me moving again so now I have more time to scrap!
Anyhow I am off to play along in the Mini!! See you there!!

I keep trying to catch up on here, and its just not happening. (I was gone for 7 days, I have a LOT to do! LOL!)
But, I am giong to set a yearly goal this time, of 144. I ended up with 140 for 2009 so that's just about right. Cardstock was pretty much the only personal purchase thru the year, until I got MDS, so 12 pgs/m should be nice and easy!
Also, I love the word exchange- sign me up for that!

Happy New Year, Ladies. I am so glad that I found you guys and I have completed so much since then. I haven't figured out exactly how many pages I made in 2009, but it is the most I've ever completed in a year!
Thanks and may 2010 be a great year for us all!!!!
