If you had a piece of paper printed on one side with the printed side face up:
a. a Valley fold is bringing the printed sides facing together creating a "v" fold
b. a Mountain fold is bringing the non-printed sides together creating a "peak"

I saw that a couple of people wanted it e-mailed to them since they couldn't open it. I wasn't sure if they'd recieved it or not and didn't want to spam them unnecessarily.
