Even though it is a new year it can be challenging to find something new.
Sometimes the
old becomes new again.
The masterboard technique is not a
new technique, and neither is a triptych.
Here is a video explaining my challenge.
(please excuse the mixed up numbers
I had 270 instead of the correct one 207...senior moment.)
Use stamps, ink and at least one more medium to make it qualify for Mixed media.
I was skeptical in my ability to do this challenge but am thrilled with the outcome and SO glad I decided to play! Thank goodness Friday's are my light day at work cause it's almost 2 am now - oops . . . Here's my card:
Just about time to finish this before it was too dark for a photo. Fun to make, but I did (as I told myself this morning) have to remember to make it mixed media, it would have been easy to get absorbed in stamping and forget! So as well as distress inks I used Inktense pencils, acrylic paint, Glossy Accents and a glitter pen.
