Happy MIX Day!

My challenge today is to incorporate a "rub" into your project. I'm thrilled as can be that rub-ons are back in vogue, as they've long been a favorite medium of mine, so I'm using those as part of my project today. However, there are lots of "rub" techniques you can use if you don't have rub-ons at the moment.

Here are a few ideas!

No rub-ons here, so I've used the techniques:
