Hello and welcome to the Mix-Ability challenge here on Splitcoast! Our goal is to make mixed media, easy, approachable and FUN!

We want to convince you that no matter what your style is - you can DO it!
Your projects can be any type – cards, scrapbook layouts, art journal projects, 3D pages.

Challenge:
Let's blend at least two colors on a stencil. It's an easy technique and the results are very pretty. I find it's easier if you add your lighter color first.

I played today with a new stencil

I love this challenge! I really only have one stencil, which I use to death, good thing I love it!
For this one, I first created a mixed media collage with napkins, book pages, texture paste colored with acrylic paint, gouache, and watercolor in the low spots.
Then I ink blended a narrow panel with the same two colors and the same stencil, added a piece of the napkin that ended up pretty much covered up on the base.
