I bought my Advantus Cart at Joann's on-line when they were having a sale on storage. At the time it was cheaper than Amazon and way cheaper than Scrapbook.com. It just fits under my work table and I can roll it out along side me when looking for the paper I want.
I still have two of the old Retrospect cardboard file boxes (they don't make them anymore) for my older (but can't part with) 12 x 12 paper series.... (you know I'll need those papers one of these days...lol) I really like them, but lugging them out of the closet was a pain.... so what I did was to buy two of the wood plant/pot movers on wheels and just sat the boxes on those. Easy to move around and push out of the way... If you have your papers in those types of file containers... putting them on the movers is a cheap way to go until you find what works for you. Just an idea....
