Default Sticker Organizing

I need ideas. Right now I have my stickers in a big binder from Crop Style, but it's just overflowing and crammed and just plain annoying. Any better solutions out there?

I don't know that my solution is better, but it works for me.

I purchased a long rectangle basket from Michaels and placed my stickers, rubons, etc in there. They're placed in there on their side organized by size so I can flip through them easily.

Do you have a ton of stickers? You might want to consider purchasing a clip it up or do a search in the gallery. Lot's of people have made their own improvised clip it up systems for a fraction of the price.

I do the same thing as Leslie. I have a small basket on a shelf. Then I separated my stickers by category and I can just flip through them easily in the basket and that way they're contained and look pretty, too.

It's been working for me so far!

I have my stickers in file folders by category. I just pull out the folder for whatever I'm working on and take it to my desk to see all my options. Even though I use 8.5x11 file folder system, my long sheets of stickers still fit since there's some extra space in the file cabinet on the sides of the file folders. I used to store them in a box by category, but I have a ton of stickers and it was getting too hard to flip through to find what I needed that way. The box was after I tried the binder system, but that was way too messy for my storage style.

I forgot to add that my rubons and diecuts also go into the file folders with the stickers so everything is together for each category.

I bought a couple of large accordian files from Target's $1 section.
I have my stickers sorted by theme
birthday
animals
boy/interest (sports, etc)
girl/interest (dance, flowery)
family
beach/summer
sentiments
Christmas/Winter
other holidays

It works for me.

I use a plastic 7x12 expanding folder from Advantus. I store my stickers, chipboard stickers, and rubons by category. I have 3 of the folders and just love them.

The best thing for me? I got rid of them! When I started scrapping, I bought every sticker imaginable. When I got into cardmaking, my stash of stamps grew, and I couldn't justify buying stickers. Plus I never used them.

However, I do have a Clip-It-Up, and think it would work great for you.

I think I'm probably a bit odd but I put most things by dominant colour because that's how I work.

It is all in hanging folders with the co-ordinated paper and cardstock.

Admittedly, when DH gets around to building me my proper filing cabinet, I may do separate folders for paper, whole CS and embelishments but I think the colours will remain together.

The 'generic' stuff, like "Happy Birthday" is in an accordion folder I keep with my tool box.

And anything for a specific project goes into a plastic envelope that has pockets on the front.

I use a plastic expanding file folder as well. I have each category labeled and put the appropiate stickers in each category, nature, wedding, boys, sentiments etc.

I just organized mine in these plastic dividers for a binder, but they have a big pocket on them. Fortunately I don't have a lot of stickers sot that is working. I suppose if it got out of hand, I would just get another binder. Perhaps one just for holidays/seasons, other for most of the rest.

Me too!
I had an overflowing crop in style and I purged it a few times and gave a bunch of leftovers to my neice.
I too bought every kind of sticker imaginable and I kept all the partial sheets. It was crazy!
Good luck!
