Oh my word, this is the answer to all my whining and complaining!
You simply must pick me. I'll tell you why:
I'm a single gal in the city, working full-time in the health care profession with a passion for all things paper, ink and general all around craftiness. I turned my stamping hobby into a business this past year (basically it's to feed my paper/ink/stamp/ribbon addiction and earn money for supplies...it's better than gambling, right?
Apartment living is for me; I'm on the road for work and don't have time to mow the grass or tend to a garden.
I work from home (when not traveling) and my second bedroom serves as:
1) Guest Bedroom
2) Home office (full/time job; one computer, fax/printer combo/phone, binders/file cabinet, etc)
3) Home computer location (2nd computer, printer, textbooks, pictures, personal library, etc)
4) Craft room (ink, stamps and a whole lotta everything else!)
In a 10x10 space, that's a lot of work for one little room!
I recently scheduled a make-over of my office when I realized I was sitting on the floor to use my paper trimmer.
I repainted, rearranged and redesigned my space...only to find out I"m STILL sitting on the floor to use my paper trimmer.
My apartment has concrete blocks as some main walls; I cannot drill into them and shelves have literally fallen out/off of the walls. (see pictures for more details). I've crammed everything I can into the closet, because I hate looking at a mess...and the temptation to stamp when I'm supposed to be working.
This ScrapBox would be PERFECT! It would solve my storage issue, and have a nice and tidy spot for everything to be hidden away to reduce temptation...and maybe I'll get to finally sit at my table to use my paper trimmer!!

Dear "still sitting on the floor"
YOU'RE LUCKY YOU CAN STILL SIT ON THE FLOOR!!!
While I feel your pain (literally), if I sat on the floor, I would never get up again and then my poor husband of 46 years would have no one to cook for him, so you see, I really need this organizer much more than you do.
You're young honey, just think of the sitting on the floor as going to the gym to workout and that it is really saving you money.

haha, nice try- I have back problems and had surgery on my leg, it's very hard for me to get off the floor!
you have a husband to help you off the floor...I have no one :
I'm all alone

thanks for reminding me... ;)
You have got to be kidding me, my husband is 11 years older than I am.
If he tried to help me up off of the floor, we would both be there for ever and ever amen! And, and while it might sound like fun to be on the floor with my husband, because *I* have had two lung cancer surgeries and I dare not get short of breath (if you get my meaning;);))
alrighty, lets leave the health out of this...I'm not competing with the C ;)
Actually, you are right....but I must say that my health is in excellent condition because I have beat the C.
I am just having fun and I really do wish you the best.
Ok, so I didn't sit on the floor to cut the paper today. I have the paper trimmer on the chair/bed beside the scrapping table, used my cuttlebug on the floor and then walked to the dining room table to the score-pal.
Oh please ScrapBox, come live with me and I'll give you all my undivided attention and love!
