Default Finally finished new crafting area

Have a post up on my blog with lots and lots of pictures, and a video (not a great video, but it at least shows the room).

After Hours Stamper: How time flies New Crafting Area and a few links.

While I wanted to have a "picture perfect" new area, I also realized that my style of crafting means that I need to have "open" storage. I cannot find things if they are in those wonderful boxes that look so great on a shelf, even with a label. So, everything is open and easy to find.

And though I moved from a corner to half a room, there is actually less storage...go figure lol Now though I have room to work, before I had about 10 x 12 inches of table top to work on, now i have YARDS of desk top storage

Have attached a picture with part of the new area, let me know what you think.

Am also purging a great deal of supplies I do not use, and I will purge more as time goes on (to clean up and make room for new stuff).

Cannot wait to actually be able to craft again!

I love your new space. I am like you and like to see what I have and am not concerned with everything all "matchy-matchy". Enjoy playing in your new room.

Thanks Cindy This set up works for me, especially if I want to keep everything organized and need to find things lol

Love the drop down table. Wish I had space for one of those cabinets. Enjoy your new room.

Great space! I like how everything is out in the open. I'm like that, too. If I can't see it I don't seem to use it.

Where did you get the white cabinet from? That is such a neat idea to have a storage cabinet that turns into a desk. Love it!

The cabinet was purchased from Wallbed Factory:
Murphy Bed Bookcase with Drop Down Table and Bottom Drawers | Wall Bed Factory

I decided not to have the drawers and asked them to provide extra shelving. At some point I may put a curtain up in front of the shelves, but for now it is ok the way it is.
